All lessons are available on a first come first serve basis, regardless of previous registrations or history with our ski school. 

Powderpigs provides a season long package, not individual lesson dates. 

Instructor tuition discounts and guaranteed access does not apply to adult lessons or leadership programs. Instructor discounts can be found here: Instructor Tuition Discounts

Instructor discounts may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Powderpigs. 

We open priority registration for families that were enrolled in the previous season first. HOWEVER this does not guarantee returning families a specific day, session, or program. Anyone who is eligible for "priority registration" can access ALL sessions. 

We do not reserve lessons for anyone, regardless of instructor/admin team recommendation. Unless you have it in writing from a director, we do not reserve any spaces in lessons. 

Registering for another session (session day, or session type) in hopes that you can switch to your preferred session is not allowed. Families that register that register for the incorrect session in hopes to switch sessions will be refunded per our refund policy.

If you are unable to register for your preferred session, that session is full and will not accept additional registrations. Do not register in hopes to change days at a later date. 

We run our waitlist in two primary ways: who submits first, and how they fit into our available openings in the program. For example, we may choose to go to a later name in the list if earlier names do not fit into currently available skill/speed/personality slots. This is at the sole discretion of Powderpigs.

 For our weekend programs students must be age 4 by September 1st. For our Wednesday and Friday programs students must be age 5 by September 1st.. Our snowboard program starts at age 7. See more specifics on age requirements here: Age requirements

To be eligible for lessons, all students must be able to use the restroom unassisted, have good physical fitness, and be able to be away from parents/guardians for a full two hours.  Please also see this article for more information: Class Requirements

Day change requests are typically not able to be accommodated. We try to accommodate them when we have the capacity in other programs. Day change requests made after 11/1 cannot be accommodated.

All students must be registered by a legal guardian in order to sign the appropriate liability releases. All other registrations will be cancelled and refunded per our refund policy.

Our season schedule is posted before registration opens. It can be found HERE.  We do not post a confirmed season end date.

Powderpigs reserves the right to modify, change or adjust our operating schedule at any time, this includes but is not limited to changing the date of or time of programs and locations. All changes will be communicated via email, social media and SMS. As much advance notice as possible will be provided, however due to the nature of weather and operational challenges changes may need to be made at the last minute.

Powderpigs operates in all kinds of weather conditions, including snow, heavy snow, sun, rain, hail, ect. Skiing is an outdoor sport, and as such we cannot control the weather. Please see HERE for our inclement weather policy. See above for a link to our refund policy.
