Lottery Terms and Conditions

Lottery Terms and Conditions: 
  1. One entry per family: Multiple entries for each family including using separate email addresses, or names will be removed and could result in you being disqualified from the lottery
  2. Lottery winners will be contacted by email, and potentially SMS. It is the lottery entrants responsibility to check for emails regarding lottery status. 
  3. Lottery entries are for families with legal custody only, and all entrants must be from the same family. Relatives, cousins, friends, ect cannot be registered for the lottery under the same lottery entry. 
  4. Any entry during the open hours of the lottery (See here for hours) will be considered equally. No preference is given for order of entry/time of entry.  You must have legal guardianship for any students being entered under the same entry in the lottery! 
  5. It is the entrants responsibility to promptly respond to lottery winner announcements and invitations to register. Registration invitations will only be valid for 72hrs, at which point your invitation will expire. 
  6. Powderpigs reserves the right to hold multiple lottery invitation rounds. 
  7. Powderpigs will make all final decisions on eligibility of participants for the lottery, including determining all lottery winners.
  8. All efforts will be made to keep entire family units together, however final determination will need to be made based on available openings. 
  9. All lottery winners will be chosen at random for available slots.
