Instructor Paperwork

Starting in the 2025 season we are transitioning to a digital hiring process. Instructors will get an email with information on how to access their Gusto account to complete hiring paperwork. 

Upon hiring all Instructors will be asked to fill out the following paperwork via Gusto:
  1. I-9
  2. W-4
  3. Instructor Release 
  4. Handbook Acknowledgment (handbook can be found here)
  5. Background Check Authorization
All instructors are required to bring I-9 verification documents to on-snow clinics for verification purposes! See here for details
Instructors who are under 18 will be asked to fill out paper copies of the following paperwork:
  1. Instructor Release 
    1. Must be signed by the instructor and their legal guardian
  2. Minor Work Authorization (this is required for every year of employment)
    1. Must be signed by the instructor, their legal guardian and their school. 
Returning instructors who have changes in tax status should request to submit an updated W4.
