I-9 Verification Paperwork

Upon hiring, all instructors are required to bring the following documents for verification by a powderpigs admin. See below for designated admins who can accept I9 verification. 

Instructor must either bring a document off of list A, or a document from list B and C
List A Documents

  1. U.S Passport or Passport Card

  2. Permanent Resident Card

  3. Most common documents listed- Full list can be found here

List B Documents

  1. Drivers License

  2. State ID Card

  3. School ID with Photograph

  4. US Military Card

  5. Native American Tribal Document

List C Documents

  1. U.S. Social Security Card 

  2. Original or Certified Copy of birth certificate

  3. Native American Tribal Document (must be different then a List B document)

You must bring the original, un-expired document. No photo copies or photos can be accepted.
