Instructor Time Commitment
Our ski school runs 9 consecutive weeks with a break around the February holidays.
We ask that instructors pick at least one day (Fri PM, Sat or Sun) and commit to teaching the full 9 weeks
(barring extenuating circumstances such as illness), as you will likely have the same students for the duration of the season (unless there is a major skill issue). Please keep in mind that you are only allowed one absence from your teaching duties for every day you teach
We also require instructors to go through our instructor training program.
All first year instructor candidates/instructors are required to attend FOUR clinics.
Second year instructors are required to attend THREE clinics
Third year instructors are required to attend TWO clinics

Wednesdays and Fridays require 3 hours of time commitment (roughly 6:15p-9:15p). Sat/Sun require 5 paid hours, with an hour lunch break (9:15a-3:15p w/ break from 12-1p).
If you commit to teaching at least one day, your child/ren would be guaranteed a space at a discount for youth lessons on the day that you teach.
