I Created An Account, but I Can’t Log In!
If you are a returning or new family that has gotten in via the lottery:
- Make sure you are accessing the brain via powderpigs.com/pgbrain
- Ensure that you are using the correct email-
- this is should be the email you receive communications from us
- OR this is the email you used to register in the lottery
- Ensure that you are using your current password
- If you forget your password, please email us at admin@powderpigs.com
- If you are still having issues:
- Refresh your browser, and/or try a different browser
- We always recommend using Google Chrome
- If you are still not able to log in, please try clearing your cache/cookies in your browser
- If all of the above steps fail, please email us at admin@powderpigs.com and include your email address that you are trying to log in with and a screenshot!
Common Log in Errors:
