How Absences Work?
If your student is going to be absent, please let us know as early as you can. This helps us notify their instructor so that they are aware of the absence.
How to report an Absence?
Please help us by reporting all absences in the brain. This helps us automatically notify both the admin team, as well as instructors. Please do not email us as those can get lost in the shuffle!
If your student is going to be absent, please fill out the form in the “Brain.” This will ensure that both admin and instructor are aware of the absence.
- Log into the Brain
- Scroll to the bottom of your screen in the Brain and select “Student Absence”
- Fill out the form
- Hit submit
